Testimonials
“I have been attending Kyle's boot camp classes for 3 years. Every year seems to get better and better as far as me reaching my fitness goals are concerned. I've been weight lifting since my brother introduced me to it when I was 13 years-old. Prior to attending class, I never found group-structured workouts very appealing, that is - I never attended one, nor did I find the premise of them very promising. After a few discussions with my wife regarding attending class, I decided to give it a shot. Even though I had been "working out" for years prior, I have to say the 1st workout was one of the hardest I've ever done. It really put my, at the time, current level of "fitness" into true perspective. Kyle's class, and Kyle himself struck me as different, as far as training methods and personality were concerned. I was worried that the group was going to be ultra-clickish, and that the training was going to be the type that I witnessed at the gym where people are more concerned with chatting it up, rather than working out. I can't tell you how wrong I was regarding both.
If you're thinking about joining a class, or just dropping in, just do it. I have never been around such a supportive group of people. Despite your level of fitness, you CAN and SHOULD attend the classes. Since joining, I've completed countless half-marathons, an ultra relay, and two full marathons. I've put muscle mass where it counts, and at 31, I'm much healthier, and in better shape than I was in my mid-twenties. Do yourself a favor, and attend Kyle's class.”- Kevin H |
“Matt is very professional and truly cares about your overall health. I attended the group classes on Thursday mornings and it was definitely the hour I would look forward to each week even though I had to drive all the way from Bellevue. He not only remembered to customize the workouts for each client, but he also encouraged us to participate in the fitness/nutrition challenges he conducted. No two classes were the same and Matt always incorporated different types of exercises and made the group workouts so much fun. I could never get myself to achieve on my own what Matt pushed us to do during the workouts. Personally I also find his story inspiring and his dedication to fitness and health shows in his lifestyle.” - Kshira N
“I have worked with a number of trainers in the past and Matt is by far the best trainer I have ever worked with. He understands that the fact that to get in shape you can't just focus on working out. You have to focus on the entire person (and definitely on nutrition). One of the things I most admire is the variety of clients he works with. Depending the day I come in, the client that is in before me could be a man or woman, it could be someone in their teens to someone in the their 80s. He is able to tailor a program to the individual. He helps me develop ways to keep me accountable. I highly encourage you to work out with him.” -Shilpen P
